Backed-up basement drain at midnight? Gurgling toilets? We clear main sewer lines and household drains across the South Shore, day or night, since 2001.

A slow sink is an annoyance. A main line that backs up into the basement is an emergency, and it rarely picks a convenient hour. Our crew carries the machines to clear both on the first visit: hand augers for fixtures, sectional and drum machines for main lines, and camera equipment to see what actually caused the blockage.
Many South Shore homes still run on original clay or cast-iron sewer laterals. Those pipes crack, shift and let tree roots in, so a clog that keeps coming back usually means something is wrong with the pipe itself. We tell you what we find and show you, so you can decide what to do next.

Signs you need sewer & drain cleaning
- Water backing up through a basement floor drain
- More than one fixture draining slowly at the same time
- Gurgling from toilets or tubs when another fixture runs
- Sewage smell in the basement or yard
- Wet or sunken patches over the sewer line outside
- A clog that returns within weeks of being cleared
How we handle it
Find the blockage
We locate where the line is stopped and whether it is a single fixture or the main.
Clear the line
The right cable or machine for the pipe size, run until water moves freely.
Camera check
On recurring or main-line problems we inspect the pipe so you see roots, breaks or sags.
Clean up and advise
We clean the work area and explain whether you need maintenance, jetting or a repair.
Main line or a single drain?
If only one sink or tub is slow, the clog is usually in that fixture's branch line: hair, grease or soap buildup. If several fixtures are affected, or the lowest drain in the house is overflowing, the main sewer line is blocked and needs to be cleared from the cleanout.
For lines full of grease or roots, cabling alone may only punch a hole through the blockage. In those cases we may recommend hydro jetting, which scours the full pipe wall.
Frequently asked questions
How fast can you get to me?
We answer the phone 24 hours a day and dispatch the nearest technician. Call (516) 960-2735 and we will give you an arrival window on the call.
Do you clean commercial drains too?
Our focus is residential plumbing, but call us. We regularly help small businesses and multi-family buildings in our service area.
Why does my drain keep clogging?
Repeat clogs usually point to roots, a sagging pipe, or heavy grease buildup. A camera inspection shows which one, so you are not paying for the same cleaning again and again.
Should I use chemical drain cleaner first?
We advise against it. Caustic cleaners can damage older pipes and make the job hazardous for the technician who opens the line afterward.
